- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our applications
2.3 Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with WAASI and its applications (including 5PLAY and PRANote) remain the exclusive property of WAASI. No licence to use our intellectual property is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
2.4 AI-Powered Features
Our applications may include AI-powered features. These features are provided as-is and are intended to assist users. WAASI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs. Users should exercise their own judgement when acting on AI-generated information.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, WAASI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
2.6 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services following notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.7 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
