WAASI is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our software products and services. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
3.1 Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have a product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality but is not a major failure.
3.2 Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The application fails to function as described at the time of purchase
- You experience a major technical issue that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- You were charged incorrectly or experience an unauthorised transaction
- A subscription was charged after cancellation was confirmed
3.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements before purchase
- Issues caused by the user's own device, software, or third-party services
- Partial use of a subscription period

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3.5 Subscriptions
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
