Refund & Returns Policy

3.1 Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have a product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality but is not a major failure.

3.2 Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The application fails to function as described at the time of purchase
• You experience a major technical issue that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
• You were charged incorrectly or experience an unauthorised transaction
• A subscription was charged after cancellation was confirmed

3.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements before purchase
• Issues caused by the user's own device, software, or third-party services
• Partial use of a subscription period

3.4 How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3.5 Subscriptions

For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
